On this court's own motion, decision in the above-entitled case is amended to read as follows: In an action to recover damages for libel, the plaintiff appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, entered April 30, 1979 which granted the defendants' motion for summary judgment and dismissed the complaint. Order reversed, with $50 costs and disbursements, motion denied and complaint reinstated....
